Local Heroes

Macha has proved that the key to effective development is the use of talented locals from the community. Only locals can truly understand and address the problems, challenges and projects of the community. There is plenty of untapped talent in Africa, especially in rural area. We know where to find them and then train, coach and advise them. Through training and pragmatic support, we enable these talented people to help steer their community towards sustainable development.
