Venita Muchimba

Venita was spotted while crushing stones for less then USD 1 a day. She worked hard to maintain her lifelyhood after the death of her husband, a traditional healer at Macha. Within the works at Macha she grew from a stone cruch team leader, to cleaner at Vision Community Center, to assistant store manager at Vision Community Center, to care taker of the Ark and Vision Community Center, internal controler, store manager Ubuntu Building to the operational leader at Macha Works transport. In the mean time she got education through LITA in computers and continues to strive forward, with a strong operational leadership capability.
